Jamaica-land of sunshine, swaying palms, reggae music and One Love!

We know you are drawn to Jamaica because you want to relax. You want to escape the pressures of daily life, and those stressors have truly multiplied in the past few months. We want you to enjoy a worry-free vacation, so both the destination of Jamaica and Oasis at Sunset have dozens of new protocols in place to protect our guests and staff. We thank you in advance for helping to keep the COVID cases in Jamaica at our current low numbers by adhering to these protocols.

A complete list of enhancements will be available closer to our opening in June 10, 2022, but here are some highlights

• • Social distancing will be observed during the check in process. Temperatures will be taken upon check in and at various times throughout the stay.
• • Our staff undergoes temperature checks and wear face shields and/or masks plus gloves (dependent on job function). All guests must wear masks, too, and we encourage you to bring your own so you’re sure it’s comfortable. However, we can provide one if you don’t have your own.
• • You’ll see an abundance of hand-sanitizing stations throughout the resort. We encourage you to use them.
• • You’ll notice our team frequently cleaning and sanitizing all section of the resort
• • Each public space has been rearranged to encourage social distancing, including our lounges, restaurants, bars, pools and beach.
• • Housekeeping service will be available daily, but we are asking our guests to let us know if they want our housekeepers, equipped in special gear, to enter their rooms to perform our housekeeping and sanitizing protocols.
• • Specific protocols are under development for the Pirates Paradise Waterpark and will be shared here soon.
• • Protocols are reviewed regularly by both Oasis at Sunset and the government of Jamaica and any changes will be shared.
